It's still the Stevens court, not the Roberts court. The Lake Tahoe Case where Stevens walked the Court away from reading the 5th Amendment's takings clause to require compensation for landowners costs for complying with environmental regulations; Striking down the death penalty for juveniles; rejection of the Bush's Administration's position on holding enemy combatants without trial etc.
