Forex futures on IB are extremely reliable and cheap.
$2.50 each way or os it less I forget.
They are not going to screw you either.

IB is not up and running 24 hours however.

If you can live with 3:00AM till 10:00PM (central) or something like that then I suggest IB if you want to trade currency futures or gold futures or silver futures.

main decision is whether to trade currency futures in chicago or in the interbank fx market - i recommend the latter, can trade mini lots of 10K instead of 100K, more liquid, commissions built into spreads. quite a few dealers offer this now, do google search for write-ups. -jb
