Give OBL's medical problems, he is easier to track than healthy people. I seriously doubt that he is mobile. If he is alive he is a resource drain because of his medical needs and the subterfuge necessary to avoid detection. It is possible that we know where he is and conscientiously decided to leet them waste energy and money on keeping him alive. IMHO the largest impediment to ridding the world of radicalized islam is a lack of global economic freedom. What we are doing in Iraq and to a lesser extent in Afghanistan is just what the doctor ordered.
