Nagin is incomprehensible there. At the same as he attributes the Hurricanes that removed "chocolate" people from New Orleans to God's retribution for not having "taken care" of themselves, he's also sure God wants New Orleans to be mostly black.

He's as bad as Taliban folks talking of God rebuking America with Hurricanes, or Pat Robertson talking of God rebuking Islam with Tsunamis, whatever, etc.

Other than that, his is a pretty good message.
