I believe that GW Bush had heard his higher calling and knows that he has been placed in the presidency at this time so as to put to rest once and for all the dispute between Jacob and Esau, (the US and Britain have long been regarded by some as the remnant of the lost ten tribes who would always reign, according to the promise made by G-d to David) according to the scriptures, the ten tribes will know not who they are but will always have a kingdom in which to reign and to defend his people Israel.
