I was pointing them out rather than arguing that they were unConstitutional. I do not possess that fine of a legal mind. It is a mechanism of creeping federalism. Most of our founding fathers liked a decentralized government. They recognized that a strong federal government would inflict tyranny on its citizens. It is happening increasingly. Any program that distributes money from the feds is used to require conditions be met, thus increasing federal control over most aspects of our lives.
