My two cents is inflation never left but it's still a toss up as to whether it accelerates with 2 billion hungry people added to our work force.

Best case scenario for coastal housing bubble assuming ultra easy Fed is 30% decline.
If jobs and people move to the south or Midwest due to high costs and taxes and the Fed is tight then 75% drop is possible.
