Another negative for ETrade. I was told that it was a 2-step process to get the higher rate, but not the conditions ($$$) required to get it. As usual, the devil is in the details.

Heh ... I should have known to read the fine print. I didn't have a huge amount of cash at harris but what I did have was making me $100 a month, plus they had a whole bunch of real short term cds I could buy.

I'm going to bolt for fidelity once everything gets settled, I qualify for their silver plan 10.99 trades.
