Not that race is an issue, I don't think Nagin looks like his blood is predominantly Black. I would like to know more about his background and how he got to where he is, but NOBODY seems to want to broach the subject.

Dollars to donuts he served as a bouncer once in one of those places on Bourbon Street.

Does anybody know?

He was elected into office because of his skin colour. He's a light skinned black and that group still rules NO. They have for over a century.
