Hi G, I don't think it is close to a secret. This stock has been range bound and a dud for years as it has lined it execs and many more pockets - excepting the owners of the company - The Shareholders. It is this reason (nd at many more other companies),that I don't buy the "Big Caps are next". Mt 401K is in the Russell 2000 and mid cap 400. Many say they can't keep outperforming - but they do .Mostly because options have been used to a much lesser degree. If all these companies didn't have this back door pay plan going to the top - they'd be exceeding their numbers. Wouldn't it be nice to get back to where we were and surprising the streeet. Plain and simple - you can't get there skimming millions off the top first. The management that states -They won't do that to their stockholders - will become so embraced by thos eof us longing that viewpoint that they'll exceed thos entrenched in bad habits. JMHO Bob
