You bring up a legitimate point. These terrorists terrorize innocent families as well as their enemies. So it's possible that the locals are just trying to curry favor with the dominant and abusive local terrorists. So from that perspective, I can certainly sympathize. On the other hand, if we think we have good intelligence that Zwahiri or Bin Laden is going to be someplace, I think we should take the shot. Those two have cause a lot of damage. So taking them out will send the message that no matter how long it takes, we'll get you, if you are a terrorist. There can be no letting up against these fanatics.
