TB, sorry, I wasn't clear. In Message 22070106 you said that housing ... contraction initially. You put it so mildly that I assumed that you thought that some 10% correction in housing would put it on par in value with hard commodities. IMO houses will be deflating for 10 years regardless of where USD trades.

If you have a lot of what everyone else craves, you have your pick of homes.

I knew this crackhead that would make it a daily game to think where the best drugs were gonna be - either clearwater, st. pete, or tampa - and move between houses of those various cities living la vida loca - was great for her party lifestyle and made it hard for people to find her after she jipped them - hehe.
