Right hoover gave it to the banks, they increased reserves from 10 to 20% - the people started hoarding it - so hoover started the war on hoarding - he was the "great engineer"

I dont know peoples mindsets back then - I wasnt alive - but in my local city - I know a lot of people that are all for shopping thier money away - they do not have a hoarding mindset - not anywhere even close - if you put a dollar in thier hand - it is certain to be spent very quickly. They will buy applebees or carrabas, a movie, a car, new clothes or pedicure, massage, more prescription drugs or more illegal ones - I know so many people wanting money to SPEND - not save - the mexican next door to me - he takes his money from his job and goes to the casino - la vida loca baby - hording not even BEGINNING to break into his mindset - rednecks I know in south ga- they all want bigger trucks, more beer, more lottery tickets - you could give them 1 trillion - I promise you it all be spent within a week - buy harley bikes for all the cousins and new trailers and trucks for everyone! hehe

Take the katrina refugees - did the majority horde the free refugee money they got? I think some went to strip clubs and liqour store and spent it as fast as they could.

I have not been to japan - so I dont know why they would take thier money and stick under a mattress - but most people I know in clearwater area of fla - take that money and shop all thier problems away - our cultural NEED to spend spend spend seems well suited to a gubbment that will helicopter drop money. Its synergistic eh? hehe

Until americans about to puke from shopping and pedicures and dont want any more crack rock - spending gonna be the order of the day eh? Velocity have nothing to fear.
