I feel fine! <ggg> Did not want the midnight calls with the sink plugged or the toilet overflowing. I also like to keep the home we own neat and in nice shape. A tenant running down a property may have given me high blood pressure.

My sister and her first husband worked hard and did well but ended up in divorce so each to their own.
