Which ever party in power has historically been guilty of abuse of power. PArty members will say that their party is innocent but that is not true. Democrats and Republicans are both corrupt. It is just a matter of how often one party is caught... The Clinton White House engaged in a successful cover-up of a tax fraud case against Henry Cisneros, the former secretary of Housing and Urban Development, concludes a special prosecutor's report expected to be released tomorrow.

This does not work. It is Bush and his Republicans today. Not Clinton and his actions of past years. The American people live for today. Does not help to compare with Clinton or Bush Sr/ or Reagan. Past Presidents are not impeached. It is the current President against whom impeachment proceedings can be initiated.
