It was the Court not the Administration who made the ruling. You may have missed that distinction. Bush had not a thing to do with it. Anyone who ever studied US History for more than a millisecond would know that.

So I guess he told THE VERY SAME JUDGES to rule AGAINST HIM in 2000??!!

Bet it sucks to find out that your "liberal SC judges" who voted to continue the recount in 2000, are the same ones who voted to grant the government the right to seize your property..
