Oh please. Do you really want to debate that.

You know as well as I do that there's been a CA-like bubble inside LBJ. My house on Kenwood street in the M Streets area went from 100k to 300K plus in that period of time. If you bought in Highland or U Park in 1989, you've done very well. Or Russwood, or Bluffview or any of those places.

Oh, and by the way, I don't think Richardson and Garland are any the better for that "immigrant class," (by that I assume you are referring to the Asians who bought there). Those places are ghettos in large part on the east side of Central expressway and unless you're selling to other immigrants, ain't no market for them either.
