Buying into that stuff right before the type of appreciation we've had in FL on low end condos the past three years is the only way ghetto condos makes sense.. You will have that in TX one day after single family moves up a bunch.

I sold my fla section 8 stuff when one of the richest counties in the US said they could not afford rent increases for the poor folk. It was no headache letting section 8 take on all that drama and the gubbment subsidize my landlord duties - hehe.
