I understand. Have a few friends whose "house rich" family members have cashed out and moved here from CA. What we can't get over is they actually like it in Plano. LOL.

Come on.

I'm just saying that SoCal as a place to live is far more desireable. So is where you are. That doesn't mean you do something stupid but when everything is in the shitter, that's where you look for appreciation.
