I think that the USA should offer Iran a small tactical nuke, less than say 10 kiloton, free of charge. I think a B2 could place it exactly where they would like to have one, in the middle of their research facility. Should they want more, we could place them very precisely in the other places they would like Atomic bombs, such as right on the tip of their missiles. r
