"Any moron who watches the Sopranos KNOWS that criminals and evildoers don't communicate anything important in the open." Which is what makes this whole thing asinine. All the evidence points towards Al Qaeda operating in such a fashion, with a great deal of discretion being given to the guys on the ground. But the administration like to pretend that they are on constant communication and plans with a great deal of detail being passed back and forth.
