Located in LA. The housing market here has gone down a bit. I hope there's no collapse but there is indeed a bubble.

Typically now new homeowners have adjustable ARM loans paying off no principal and bought near the top of the market. Some are paying 40% of their monthly income toward their homes. It's unsustainable. Just like Bush's deficit spending.

You may or may not be happy to hear that Centex is offering $80-100K discounts for homes in FLA.......sales must be slowing dramatically or the market is badly overbuilt:
