Not and buy anything! Not that I'd buy now if I could. I could move back there and rent, even though rentals are tight. I think if I moved back there right now, I'd rent a room in a share house with some poor schlub struggling to make his mortgage payment.

I think about it a lot in the winter, with snow on the ground here. That I could be playing tennis every day in S. Cal.
