You have a talent for stating the obvious. Terrorist "tactics" are whatever inspires terror. Which of the terrorist groups you list (most of which you have invented) are in Iraq? Perhaps one you didn't list?

I just think there are more than that. If you assume 1 out of 100 thousand people is a terrorist, that translates into 65 thousand using 6.5 billion as the world population.
