Actually, he wasn't. The topic he addressed was 'terrorists around the world'. His contention was that we are vastly over-rating the military potential of what is a conflicted, contradictory, and divided grouping of conflicting causes. But, the mass media does so love it's labels.... (Remember when all the 'Commies' everywhere were supposed to be all marching in lock-step to the secret orders of their 'Kremlin masters'? Remember how ridiculous that seemed as we watched China and Russia skirmish, and the China/Vietnam War [one of dozens in their long history as neighbors], or the antipathy of the Khimer Rouge for the Vietnamese, etc., etc., etc....)
