By all measures, CEO notes Q4 was outstanding. Co highlights superb execution of financial strategy with reduction of debt during the qtr. Server, mobile and desktop processor sales all noted to have had significant growth. Distribution channels noted to have reported lean AMD inventories worldwide. Opex will increase by approx 6%. Co is beginning 2006 with more momentum than any other time in the co's history. The industry is noted to be healthy. Co noted they are continuously distancing themselves from their competition. CEO stated "we have not peaked" and suggests the co can gain more share. During Q&A: Co thinks they are dealing with a scenario were demand for their products is what's driving their healthy outlook going forward. co notes across the board its customers are increasingly showing interest in their products, but would not provide any specific customer names. Server business noted to continue to be an engine of growth, with management noting they gained "significant share" in Q4. The stock is trading at $37.80 in after hours.
