If we go before Memorial Day, then it is very possible that another friend of mine can join the trip. He runs a summer business and was bummed that he could not go on the Labor Day trip.

May weather could be iffy in those parts. I dunno.

I'm game to go anytime. I just need at least two or three weeks to clear the schedule for work.

I would definitely prefer Memorial Day or later. It's not worth taking a chance on the weather.

If we can tentatively agree on dates, I'll check with my friend. If he's coaching his son's soccer team again, it's possible it will be a problem.

My friend said he isn't coaching this year so he's free to go on whatever date everyone else agrees.
