Down 14 so far, pants fit much better. Attaboy JPG! I looked my 8-year-old in the eye and told her that she's going to see her Dad thin for the first time this year. That's a powerful motivator there. You'll succeed. good job guys. stick with it... Yen and I have bagged the carbs, and will continue to do so for a few more weeks... back to running stairs, feeling good. My this is getting to be a healthy bar.
