Joe, it wasn't all that bad. Let me tell you a brief story. When I was in my late teens, my closest friend said to me: "Why are you so critical of everyone and everything?" Years later, my Spiritual Master said something similar to me. After that my criticalness (or at least some of it) got burned out of me and I came to see that I was critical of others as a means of reassuring myself of my (false) sense of superiority. The process of becoming more humble ain't necessarily fun, but IS necessary. So my comments about you were also about me. It takes one to know one. Namaste! Jim
