I know Antonio Freeman did not play in the Sugar Bowl. He went to NFL that year , Miami Dolphins. So who was the qb playing when Druck was sitting on the sidelines...??

Not sure about the game you are talking about but Bryan Still was the go to guy on the Texas game. That game is one of my all time favorites. Even better than beating Notre Dame in the NIT championship in '73.
