Shades our friend says I'm a hypocrit, own a lot of property and thus must be up to my eyeballs in debt. Big difference between buying cheap 3 or 13 years ago and now. Big difference between buying distressed even today where it makes sense and $600k new condos on the edge of a ghetto in anytown Florida<g>
