"ever try to type on a pda" TJ I understand high tech and consumer goods from a miryad of perspectives but am always a late entry. My point is:

Only use a human being after he's 18 years old.

Only use a technology only after someone has toiled to make it useful.

Only bought a computer after Apple launched the Apple SE.

Only got a mobile in 1995.

If you develop technology you have to make sure it sells, straight away, to guys like me: Fax machine, Microwave oven DVD player are examples.

Only now considering GPRS. Need to be in a developed country, though.

Oh, just another example: Only installed Spike last night. Am going to use webcam and mike to chat live.

Since it is better never to use a machine to do what you do better with pencil and paper. I never consdered buying a PDA.
