Intel Declares Regular Cash Dividend
Thursday January 19, 9:00 am ET

SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 19, 2006--Intel Corporation's board of directors has declared a $0.10 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on Mar. 1, 2006 to stockholders of record on Feb. 7, 2006.

In November the company announced a 25 percent increase in its quarterly dividend, to $0.10 per share.
