Most of all, it's immigrants who are skipping gateway cities and buying homes twice as quickly as earlier immigrant groups. Mexican presidential campaigns going to be decided with migration issues - and talk of building a fence on the border - how will it all play out? Build it and they will COME - if we let them - I assume what happened in Japan with their real estate would have been far less severe if they could have imported lots of migrants.
