I see no reason why, if this attempts by the government is successful, there will not be a precedent for the government to access searches for, say, "drug", "crack"," "bush sucks", "hilary sucks". Better yet, why not have the NSA put in a direct pipe to Google. After all, the Internet is by definition a global thing, and we have no expectation of privacy outside our own homes.
