What is most amazing is this is happening only a decade after the worst RE downturn since the depression. All the holocaust victims asked is that we not forget - but Vosilla - what did you have for dinner 6 nights ago? 3? Our human brains disregard a lot of information fairly quickly - they evolved in times of very different circumstances than what you and I need today. I have read much on people's memory loss, or even false memories. This creates opportunity for those willing to remember.
