Not only could you have lots of RE not swamped with debt bought cheap below market well before the bubble but be smart enough to unload as much of it as possible during the bubble. Plus I didn't buy anything from early 2004 to late 2008.

The 'smart' guys like Ahhaha were diving into RE during the heights of the ownership society when his political heroes controlled everything? Another reason so many of these guys hate Obama now<g>
