Yeah we certainly wouldn't want to interfere with the rights of suspected al Qaeda terrorists... I mean they really accept our rights to things like been able to go to work without the fear of getting murdered.

The war is not lost.

Borders continue to be a problem as does the budget.

There has been no war against US citizens. This is BDS speak.

The war powers of the President are broad but ill defined in our jurisprudence. The President as any executive is testing the limits of those powers and has shown no indication in various rulings by the USSC not to abide by the law clarified in any number of decisions. Suits have now been filed to determine the extent of the President's powers to wiretap as per the NSA program as well.

The fact is the system is working as it is intended. The "sky is falling" rhetoric is silly.

Why haven't the democrats said anything about the borders. You know they won't they need a new voter base
