You need to give TWY some slack; unlike you, he didn't work for Intel, and from this perspective his post might look a little naive, I feel your pain now. On a broader note, engineers usually "challenge" managers by feet, not by making a coup.

Some definitely are, simply in accord with a distribution function of natural abilities. But Paul and Pat are not in that tail, that's for sure.
