It's going to be tight. No chips out until late February, so they have a bit over a month to do it. I suppose, under the circumstances, they could start more wafers during the ramp than they usually do. It is risky, though. OTOH, they probably were running test wafers at Fishkill for quite a while. So it wouldn't be like past ramps..

I'd say very early Feb for first parts out. Remember... they are targeting only 2X RPT for the new fab. Should be no problem at all with a small initial ramp. That's 70 days tops.
With only 600W/week, they should get at least a million low end parts out by early March (6 weeks production from Nov 24 start). and then 3-4 weeks for test/package and sale. These guys got it planned out to the day. They will do it.
