Thanks for the insight Rick. In my much, much less educated view, I agree there's certainly the potential the booster could have been directly responsible for the reduced efficacy. But there were so many potential confounding factors in the trial (e.g., the amounts of Sudafed and Allegra the trial groups self-administered could have differed) that the company may not even have a good theory about the booster by March. Nonetheless, overall, the trial results convince me Tolamba really does work.
