14 must go away...to clear the way to the orginal IPO price in the low 20's. Since this is such a long time ago I doubt that there are any of those old 20's that want to get out even, however there has been a ton of blood and tears from the 2's..What will drive the stock? As you say, a cattlelist (provided by the recent State of CA) incentives. The question is how big of a part of the pie will ESLR get.

Target wise, I'm shooting for 20, if it breaks out over 14, otherwise I'll stop out with a double at 12ish.
