Ken, thanks for the technical review on VTEK. It's a low floater and likely to fill those gaps in intraday trading. Not a trader. On the same token, OISI is rocking on tiny volume.

I found IPAS while looking for more VOIP plays. It's not exactly VOIP, but they do have a connection with Kodak for the camera buffs.

It's got an overhead gap at around 10, but that's a 33% gain from here.
