OT Remember my bad video card over the holidays on the year and half old Dell laptop? Problem solved, now that I finally had time to go inside the box without translating the instructions of Fred from India into southern English.

Was it the LCD screen? Nooooo.
Was it the video card to screen connectors? NOOOOOOOOOOOO.
Was it the suspend mode switch? nope
Was it ANYTHING they instructed me to do over the phone in 4 hours of conversation and hold time? Nah.

IT was the four damn screws that DELL failed to install on the video card itself. So I had a 'floating' video card that finally shook itself loose enough to not make a connection deep deep in the laptop innards.

All over failure to just install four 6mm tiny itty bitty little black screws.

Wonder if they'll ship me four screws for free since I'm out of warranty?
