I'm willing to give yahoo the benefit of the doubt until I hear more. "Partially complying" could very well mean they sent the justice dept a bunch of BS, which is a perfectly acceptable approach afaic. Its not as good as what GOOG is doing, standing and fighting but its ok. Just msft and AOL, if they fully complied are in the dog house with me. And can the Bush admin be any more cliché than child porn?? The only soundbyte more reflective of illegal wiretapping these days is "terrorism".
