I do not doubt that a bit.
The question is whether or not 5,000 is low or not, but more importantly where does it go from here?

Bankruptcies certainly peaked because of that bill and because of Katrina. It will be a long time (I think) we approach those levels again. But what level is problematic? I think 10,000 a week is very problematic. But I am pulling a number out of my ass.
