OT BWAC: dell is known for that kind of service I had a laptop which shipped with an extra battery for it (in the same box). I didn't have a need to use the battery till I needed to fly x-country. The battery turned out to be the wrong one for the computer!! Dell put me though 3 months of hell telling me the same thing. Plus made up all sorts of excuses as to how I was probably trying to cheat them some how. "Yes, we know that it shipped in the same box but you must have ordered it for a different computer." Rich
