I heard that it's hard to get into Canada if you have a college degree. They want people who can work the cash register at McDonald's and not competition for professional jobs.

Anyway, that was the rumor.

I'm sure, however that bringing pallet loads of money makes you welcome everywhere...even in most parts of Iraq.
