Great story - the class action scam is one of the worst aspects of our legal system. Hopefully, this leads to more revelations. Ovwer the past few months, I must have gotten 5 notices that I am getting benefits. The average recovery is about $25 but the legal fees are in the millions. The weird ones are the ones because I used fedex or bought a netgear router. I can get some kind of discount if I want to use them again. Of course, these claims have often been used as an adjunct to tank stocks but that's another topic.
