However when you want to sell more stock it is common practice to mislead the public through safe haurbor protection and announce to the public that you will be buying back stock in the near future to sell more stock.... This company has flat out lied and sold stock while telling the public it is retiring stock... *re:acquisition from 18 months* ago...and frankly I don't care.** what we have here is a failure to comunicate!
